On April 10, 2015, Assembly Judiciary held a hearing on AB405 – Parental Notification for underage girls seeking an abortion. Later that evening, Asm. Judiciary passed the bill with amendment removing the reporting sections of the bill. It now goes to the Assembly Floor.
